All orders will be despatched at the earliest possibility and are usually delivered on a two day basis subject to stock. Auto Air Parts will send written confirmation or email notification if a delay is anticipated.
Orders can be taken for delivery to private and business addresses in mainland Britain. For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle Of Man and Isle of Wight and Europe please see separate delivery options as a separate delivery charge scale applies.
Unless otherwise specified, delivery shall be deemed to take place when the products are delivered to your premises, or alternative delivery address as specified by the Purchaser.
A flat delivery charge will be made for all orders. Any such charge will be detailed at the checkout point.
All products despatched by Auto Air Parts will be delivered by a method of transport selected by Auto Air Parts, usually by overnight carrier.
Products are at the risk of the Purchaser from the time of despatch and the Purchaser is then liable for the invoice value.
Claims from incorrect delivery shortages, damage to goods in transit or other discrepancies notified in writing to Auto Air Parts and the carrier within seven days of delivery may be considered.
Claims for non-delivery will also be considered if notified to Auto Air Parts within 3 days of the date of despatch shown on the invoice.
Auto Air Parts is not liable for any loss or damage to products returned for repair or credit unless Auto Air Parts agrees to repair or replace them under warranty and the Purchaser sends separate written advice to Auto Air Parts at the date of despatch and is not negligent in the packing, addressing or choice of transport for the products returned.
The Purchaser agrees to pay for any loss, or extra cost incurred by Auto Air Parts through the Purchaser’s instructions, or lack of instructions, or through failure, or delay in taking delivery, or through any act or default on the part of the Purchaser, its servants, agents or employees.

Returns Policy
There is a 7 day money back guarantee on all products that you find unsuitable for the purpose they are designed for.
If the products are found to be faulty we will offer a full refund equal to the value of the returned product. We do ask that the product(s) are made available for collection in the same condition as they were when received by you, there will be a collection charge for non faulty products, however they can be returned by the customer at their cost.
Sale item products that are found unsuitable will only be issued with store credit notes, this excludes faulty goods where full refunds will
still be offered.
Non-Faulty Goods
Non-faulty goods must be returned within 14 days after receiving the product. In the first instance please contact us by email to
sales@autoairparts within 24 hours. Our Returns Department will then contact you with the relevant procedure. Provided the goods are received in brand new, never been used condition and with the same packaging that
they left our warehouse in, we will fully refund the price of the goods less delivery and collection costs (see delivery prices above).
